Common Problems and Solutions
Solution: The system will ask you to provide more information like your name, birthdate, OR/CR details, email, phone number, and where you made your LTO transaction. This helps LTO locate your record and update the tracker.
Solution: Check your email for the official Certification from LTO. This email has your correct plate number. The tracker website may not always show the right number. Always trust the email Certification. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Solution: Check the tracking number sent to you via SMS. Contact your courier service directly for updates. If the problem continues, email LTO at lto_tracker@gmail.com or ltodelivery.ncr@gmail.com. You can also contact Aksyon on the Spot at 0929-292-0865 via SMS or Viber.
Solution: Contact LTO customer service immediately through the email addresses above. Explain your situation and request to cancel the delivery booking.
Solution: Make sure your ID and OR/CR photos are clear, well-lit, and all text is readable. Take the photo in good lighting. Avoid blurry or dark images. Reupload better quality photos.
